Blueberry puff pastry tarts

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 package of puff pastry, from the refrigerated section
  • 1 package vanilla pudding
  • 400 ml milk
  • 200 g quark
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 g blueberries

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

for a 12 mm socket plate

Boil the vanilla pudding with the milk according to the package instructions, then let it cool. Whisk the eggs and stir into the vanilla pudding. Add the quark and stir in. Alternatively, you can also use a pudding that needs to be mixed cold. If you like it a little sweeter, you can also add 1 packet of vanilla sugar. Grease a 12-hole muffin tin with butter or margarine. Cut the puff pastry into 12 pieces and place them in the cases. Spoon the vanilla cream evenly into the cases and arrange the blueberries on top. Bake the tarts for approx. 20-25 minutes on the middle rack of a preheated oven at 200°C (convection oven), then let it cool. Optionally, the tarts also taste great with currants or apple. Slice the apple and sauté it with a little butter, cinnamon, and sugar.
