Blueberry-Rosemary Shake

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 450 ml milk
  • 10 rosemary needles
  • 300 g blueberries
  • 250 ml Cremefine with vanilla flavor
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 75 g powdered sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

For 4 glasses of 250 ml each

Bring 200 ml of milk, powdered sugar, vanilla sugar, and rosemary to a boil in a saucepan. Remove the pan from the heat and let it cool with the rosemary needles. Pour the rosemary milk through a sieve into a measuring jug. Add the blueberries and blend everything until smooth. Add the Cremefine and blend again. Chill the finished shake for at least 1 hour and stir briefly before serving. One serving has 154 kcal.
