Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • 150 g sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 120 g butter
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 750 g blueberries
  • 500 g sour cream
  • 150 g sugar
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 2 pts. vanilla sugar, bourbon

Instructions

Working time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

with sour cream topping

Dough preparation: Cream butter with sugar, egg, and vanilla sugar until fluffy. Combine flour and baking powder and mix well with the butter and egg mixture. Chill for 30 minutes. Then roll out the dough and line a tart pan with it. Scrub and drain the blueberries and arrange them on the dough. For the glaze, combine all ingredients and spread over the blueberries. Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C (375°F) until golden brown. You can use wild berries instead of blueberries. If using frozen, drain well beforehand.
