Boiled beef

  • 1 kg Boiled beef
  • 1 kg Root vegetable

Sweet potato pie

  • 4 Sweet potatoes
  • 3 Eggs
  • 250 g Tartare
  • 0,5 tsp Sugar
  • 0,5 tsp Salt
  • 0,5 tsp Pepper

Horseradish brittle

  • 4 Filo pastry sheets
  • 200 g Horseradish fresh
  • 1 tbsp Butter

Instructions
 

Boiled beef

  • Let the boiled boiled beef and the cleaned root vegetables in the pot just covered for 2.5 hours. Serve in slices, add some root vegetables.

Sweet potato pie
