Boiled fish with mustard sauce, grandma's style

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g fish (cooked fish)
  • Salt
  • lemon juice
  • some margarine or butter
  • 40 g margarine or butter
  • 40 g flour
  • e.g. mustard
  • ½ liter of water
  • Salt
  • curry powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Place the cleaned, marinated, and salted fish in a greased pot with a tight-fitting lid. Heat over high heat until steaming begins, then simmer for 35 minutes. Prepare a light sauce from margarine or butter, flour, and water. Season with mustard, salt, and curry powder.
