Bolognese sauce

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 g minced beef
  • 1 gr. can/n tomato paste
  • 1 onion(s)
  • ¾ liter of water
  • Broth, instant (powder)
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Paprika powder, sweet
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • coriander
  • oregano
  • Ginger powder
  • Tabasco

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Dice the onion and fry in olive oil. Add the ground beef to the pan and fry. Now add the can of tomato paste to the ground beef mixture and sprinkle with instant broth. Season to taste (don’t skimp, be brave). Fill the pan with water and stir. Season the sauce again with the spices, cover, and simmer on low heat for about 1 hour. After the hour, season the sauce again. Spaghetti Bolognese tastes best with fresh Parmesan cheese.
