Bolognese Sauce with Difference
The perfect bolognese sauce with difference recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 11 Pc. Mushrooms brown
- 2 Pc. Carrots
- 1 small piece Celery
- 1 Pcs. – 0 cm Leek
- 1 Pc. Onion
- 1 toe Garlic
- 0,5 Chilli pepper
- 1 packet Tomato puree
- 1 tbsp Tomato paste
- 1 pinch Sugar
- Salt, pepper, chilli salt
- 1 teaspoon Vegetable stock powder
- 100 ml Red wine
- 1 tbsp Oil
- Wash, clean (peel) the vegetables and cut them separately into small cubes.
- Heat the oil in a pan or saucepan. First sauté the carrot and celery cubes with the onion for 3 minutes. Then add garlic, mushroom, chilli and leek one after the other and simmer everything together until the vegetables are firm to the bite. Pour in the wine and let it boil, then add the tomato paste and tomato puree to the vegetables and simmer gently for at least 5 minutes. Season the bolo with vegetable stock, chilli salt, sugar, salt and pepper.
- In the meantime, cook the pasta (if desired) and serve together.
