Autumn Starter
The perfect autumn starter recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 400 g Butternut squash
- 150 g Smoked trout fillet
- 2 Spring onion
- 100 g Cream cheese
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- Salt pepper

- Juice of one lemon
- 1 tsp Honey
- 3 tbsp Rapeseed oil
- 2 tbsp Roasted pumpkin seeds
- Salt pepper
- Some olive oil
- Peel the pumpkin and cut into wedges.
- Place on a baking sheet, season with salt and drizzle with a little olive oil.
- Cook the pumpkin in a preheated oven at 190 ° for 30 minutes.
- For the marinade, mix up lemon juice, honey, rapeseed oil, roasted pumpkin seeds, a pinch of salt and pepper with the hand blender.
- For the cream, finely chop the spring onions and the smoked trout fillet.
- Put both with the remaining ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Form cams with two spoons and chill until the pumpkin is ready.
