Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 kg yogurt, 10% fat
  • 1 handful of leaf spinach, frozen or fresh
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Yogurt with spinach

Sauté the spinach in a little fat until tender. Add salt, pepper, and the crushed garlic. Let it cool thoroughly. Pour the yogurt into a bowl and mix well with the spinach. Season with salt, if desired. It tastes best when refrigerated overnight.
