Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g meat sausage
  • 100 g sour cream
  • 200 g mayonnaise
  • n. B. pepper(s), red
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 2 clove(s) garlic, squeezed
  • 2 small gherkins
  • 1 tsp cucumber juice
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, sweet
  • some chives, freeze-dried or fresh

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 20 minutes

Chop the sausage, cucumbers, onions, and, if desired, bell peppers, and combine them in a bowl with mayonnaise, garlic, and sour cream. Season to taste. Let stand in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
