Greek cheese cream

Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 200 g sheep’s cheese
  • 200 g butter, soft
  • 2 small onions
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • Salt and pepper from the mill

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Mash the feta cheese with a fork or finely crumble it. Peel the onions and garlic and finely dice them. Place the butter and cheese in a tall mixing bowl and puree. Add the diced onions and garlic. Season the cream with salt and pepper and refrigerate until ready to serve. It goes well with flatbread or baked potatoes.
