Bottomless Zebra Cheesecake

The perfect bottomless zebra cheesecake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1000 g Quark
  • 200 g Sugar
  • 200 g Cream cheese double cream setting
  • 5 piece Free range eggs
  • 160 Milliliters Oil
  • 2 packet Custard powder for cooking
  • 2 tbsp Baking cocoa
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  1. Mix the quark with the sugar, eggs, cream cheese, oil and the custard powder.
  1. Halve the quark mixture and stir in the baking cocoa and vanilla sugar in one half.
  1. Grease a springform pan and dust with breadcrumbs or flour.
  1. Now place two tablespoons of dark quark mixture in the center of the springform pan.
  1. Place two tablespoons of light mixture on the dark mixture. Always in the middle of the springform pan until both dough colors are used up. The mass is automatically distributed to the outside.
  1. Bake in a preheated oven at 160 degrees for 50 minutes, then switch off the oven and let it cool down in the oven.
