Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 4 chicory
- 2 oranges
- 1 dl white wine, dry
- 3 tbsp parsley
- 2 tbsp mint, chopped
- 1 shallot(s)
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- Salt
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Halve the chicory lengthwise. Juice the oranges. Chop the parsley, mint, shallot, and garlic clove. Place the chicory in an ovenproof dish. Sprinkle with the remaining ingredients and season. Preheat oven to 200°C. Cover and braise in the center of the oven for 20 minutes. Then uncover and braise for another 10-15 minutes. Serve immediately.
