Braised lamb chops

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 8 lamb chops
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 400 g tomatoes (canned)
  • 250 g zucchini
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • olive oil
  • ½ sprig(s) rosemary
  • some water

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Wash the lamb chops, pat dry, and rub with freshly ground pepper. Finely dice the onion and garlic and fry. Briefly fry the lamb chops on both sides. Finely chop the rosemary, dice the tomatoes, slice the zucchini, and add everything to the lamb. Season with a pinch of salt, add a little water, and simmer gently for about 20-30 minutes until the lamb is nice and tender. Greek pasta and a mildly spicy coleslaw make a great side dish.
