Ingredients for 12 servings:
- 1 head of white cabbage
- 2 carrots
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup vinegar (herb vinegar)
- 1 lemon(s)
- ¼ bunch parsley
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Roughly chop the cabbage and slice it into thin strips using a food processor. Peel and grate the carrots, or if possible, slice them into thin strips. Combine both ingredients in a large bowl and mix. Combine the remaining dressing ingredients, stir well, and then pour over the cabbage and carrots. Stir well and let stand for 1/2 hour. Then taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary.
