Bratwurst Curry

The perfect bratwurst curry recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Waxy potatoes
  • 250 g Brussels sprouts fresh
  • 4 Sausages
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tbsp Green curry paste
  • 200 ml Cream
  • 1 tbsp Lime juice
  • 0,5 tsp Sugar
  • Salt
  1. Peel the potatoes in half and cut into wedges. Clean the Brussels sprouts, cut in half depending on size.
  2. Fry the sausages in a pan until light brown, remove. Add the remaining oil (1 tablespoon of oil) and the green curry paste to the pan, sauté briefly. Pour the cream on, bring to the boil and season with a little salt.
  3. Cook the potato wedges and Brussels sprouts in a saucepan covered with salted water over medium heat for about 10-15 minutes, drain. Cut the fried sausages into slices. Add to the sauce with the potato wedges and the Brussels sprouts. Season the sauce with lime juice and sugar. Arrange sausage curry on plates and serve.
