Bratwurst Goulash

The perfect bratwurst goulash recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 piece Bratwurst fine
  • Peanut oil
  • 1 piece Diced onion
  • 2 piece Garlic cloves chopped
  • 1 tsp Paprika spice
  • 2 piece Carrots
  • 1 Can Chunky tomatoes
  • 200 ml Vegetable broth hot
  • 1 piece Fresh shallot
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste concentrated three times
  • 1 piece Yellow pepper
  • 2 piece Red pepper
  • 2 tsp Sambal Olek
  • 1 piece Zucchini fresh
  • 1 a cup Crème fraîche with herbs
  1. Cut the sausage lengthways and cut into pieces. Clean and chop the carrot. Cut the peppers into small pieces. Dice the zucchini Make a broth from the skins of the carrot and shallot.
  2. Fry the sausage in hot peanut oil, add onion cubes, garlic cloves and carrots and sweat too. Season with paprika powder and sambal olek. Deglaze with 100ml vegetable stock and add the chopped tomatoes. Let it hurt for 10 minutes.
  3. Add the diced paprika and another 100 ml spice broth. Braise for another 10 minutes and then add the zucchini cubes and 2 tablespoons of Creme Fraich.
  4. Enjoy your meal.
