Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tbsp Parmesan, grated
- 1 tbsp milk
- 1 m.-large bratwurst (poultry sausage)
- 1 tsp oil
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 3 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 8 minutes
Cut the sausage into approximately 1 cm thick slices. Whisk the eggs with the milk, drizzle with the grated Parmesan cheese, and season with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a pan and brown the sausage slices all over. Pour the egg and Parmesan milk over the fried sausage slices and cook over low heat, covered, for about 3-5 minutes. Then simply flip and cook uncovered for another 1-2 minutes.
