Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 loaf(s) – crust, multigrain bread (round)
- some Miracle Whip
- 7 eggs, hard boiled
- 10 slice(s) turkey breast or cooked ham
- 1 small can of asparagus
- 1 tomato(s)
- Parsley
- some salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Asparagus roll base/cake, delicious and also something for the eye
Spread the crust with Miracle Whip. Slice the eggs thinly using an egg slicer and arrange them around the crust (half on top of each other and only with slices that contain yolk). Finely dice the remaining eggs and place them in the center. Sprinkle with salt. Spread the turkey breast slices thinly with Miracle Whip, place two asparagus spears inside and roll them up lightly into a cone shape. Place the asparagus rolls on the crust with the tips of the asparagus heads facing outwards. Cut the tomatoes into eighths and place them between the rolls, with the tomato skin on top. Decorate with sprigs of parsley on the right side of the tomatoes.
