Bread dumplings made from toast

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g toast bread
  • 200 g bacon
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 3 eggs
  • ¼ liter of milk
  • ½ bunch parsley
  • 4 tbsp flour
  • 1 pinch(s) of Fondor
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Dice the bacon and onion and fry them well in a pan. Remove from the pan and brown the diced toast in it. Mix the milk and eggs in a large bowl, then add the toast, bacon, flour, and seasonings. Knead everything thoroughly. Form the mixture into dumplings and let them sit in salted water for 20-30 minutes.
