Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 jar feta cheese in oil
- 10 small tomatoes
- 1 onion(s)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 bowl of lamb’s lettuce or arugula
- 3 slice(s) bread(s), possibly mixed light and dark
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Combine the feta cheese and oil in a bowl. Wash and dice the tomatoes. Finely chop the onion and garlic and add them to the feta cheese along with the tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper. Cut the bread into cubes and toast them in plenty of butter. Just before serving, add the toasted bread cubes to the salad along with the washed lamb’s lettuce or arugula and mix. Tastes great with grilled food.
