Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 300 g onion(s)
  • 100 g leek
  • 365 g celery
  • 250 g carrot(s)
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 30 g caraway seeds
  • 100 g bread(s), diced
  • 100 g liver sausage
  • 1 liter meat broth
  • Salt
  • marjoram
  • ½ bunch parsley
  • some fat

Instructions

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Peel, wash, and slice the onions into rings. Peel, wash, and slice the leeks into rings. Wash, peel, and coarsely grate the celery. Wash, peel, and coarsely grate the carrots. Peel and press the garlic cloves. Sauté all ingredients in the fat. Add the bread and liverwurst. Pour in the meat broth. Simmer for 20 minutes and season with salt and marjoram. Serve garnished with parsley.
