  • Mashed potatoes (leftover from the day before)
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 leek(s) or alternatively an onion
  • 150 g bacon
  • Oil for frying
  • 1 liter of broth
  • 1 ball of mozzarella or a piece of Gouda (approx. 125 g)
  • salt and pepper
  • oregano
  • basil
  • Leftover roast or cooked meat or sausages

Fry the peeled, diced carrots, the sliced ​​bacon, and the finely chopped leeks or onions in a pan in oil until translucent. Pour in the broth and heat through.
