  • 30 g butter
  • 1 egg(s)
  • Parsley
  • 1 roll(s)
  • 30 g breadcrumbs
  • little flour, possibly
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Beat the butter until fluffy, add the egg, soaked, squeezed, and pureed bread, the remaining ingredients, and the spices, and mix well. Form the mixture into small dumplings and let them simmer in the soup for 5 minutes.
