Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 8 lamb chops
- 2 eggs, size M
- 30 g Parmesan
- 60 g almonds, ground
- e.g. coconut oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Preheat the oven to 80 degrees Celsius (180 degrees Fahrenheit) with a shallow dish inside. Crack the eggs. For the breading, grate the Parmesan cheese and mix it with the almonds. Heat the coconut oil in a pan. Dip the chops in the egg first, then dip them in the breading. Press the breading firmly into the pan. Briefly fry the chops in the oil. Be careful, the breading will brown quickly! Place the chops in the oven and let them cook for about 25 minutes.
