Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g olives, (jumbo) green pitted
- 50 g feta cheese (sheep)
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp milk
- 1 pinch(s) of pepper
- 1 tbsp flour, approx.
- Olive oil, for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Drain the olives and fill them with feta cheese. Whisk the eggs, add the flour and milk, and mix until smooth. Season with pepper. Dip the olives in the batter and fry in hot olive oil. Place on kitchen paper. Serve cold or warm.
