  • 20 balls of mini mozzarella
  • 1 egg(s)
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Flour
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Coat the mozzarella balls in flour, then in egg, and finally in breadcrumbs. Deep-fry, and you’re done.
