Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 8 fish fillets (Pangasius)
- some salt and pepper, white
- some paprika powder, sweet
- some lemon juice
- 5 tbsp flour
- 6 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- some cream
- some olive oil for baking (or frying fat)
Instructions

Rinse the fish fillets in cold water, pat dry, and season with salt, pepper, paprika, and a little lemon juice. Pour the flour into a soup bowl, along with the breadcrumbs. Crack the eggs into a soup bowl, whisking them with the cream. Bread the fish fillets: first coat them in flour, then dip them in the eggs and then coat them in the breadcrumbs. Slowly fry the fish fillets in oil like a breaded schnitzel. This goes very well with boiled potatoes or simply salad.
