Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 8 fish fingers
  • 4 leaves of iceberg lettuce
  • 8 slice(s) cucumber(s)
  • 8 tsp remoulade
  • 4 slice(s) toast bread, whole grain

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Fry the fish fingers in the oven or pan according to the package instructions. Wash the lettuce and cucumber and slice them. Toast the bread and cut it in half diagonally. Spread each half with 1 teaspoon of remoulade and top with lettuce and cucumber. Place the fish fingers on top and cover with toast.
