Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 tomatoes, sliced
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 1 egg(s), beaten
- 1 tsp parsley, flat-leaf, chopped
- salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp flour
- 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 3 tbsp oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cut the tomatoes into 1 cm thick slices. Whisk the egg and add the finely chopped garlic and parsley. Season with salt and pepper. Dust the tomato slices with flour, dip them in the egg mixture, and then coat them in breadcrumbs. Fry in hot oil on both sides.
