American cuisine

Peel the onion and garlic cloves. Grate the onion and press the garlic through a garlic press. Finely grate the Parmesan cheese. Mix the buttermilk, sour cream, mayonnaise, about 2-3 teaspoons of grated onion and 1 garlic clove with ¾ of the grated Parmesan cheese and season the mixture with salt and pepper. Season the olive oil with the remaining garlic, oregano, salt and pepper. Place the pizza dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and brush with the seasoned olive oil. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius (convection oven) for about 10 minutes. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan cheese and bake for another 5-10 minutes, until the pizza bread is crispy and golden yellow. Cut the pizza bread into strips about 3 cm wide and 20 cm long and serve with the ranch dressing as a dip.
