Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 kg minced pork
- 10 onions, white
- 400 ml broth
- 2 tbsp salt
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp paprika powder
- 2 tsp garlic granules
- 1 tsp white pepper
- 2 tsp nutmeg, freshly grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 hours 20 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 50 minutes

Dice the onions, sauté, puree, and let cool. Prepare the broth and let cool. Then combine all ingredients, pour into jars, and seal them. Cook in a preserving kettle at 100°C for 120 minutes. The time is calculated from the time the broth is reached.
