Breakfast Muffin Mix in Glass
The perfect breakfast muffin mix in glass recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 70 g Spelled flour
- 70 g Oatmeal
- 50 g Raw cane sugar
- 10 g Coconut blossom sugar
- 1 Tl Tartar baking powder
- 1 pinch Salt
- Spices to your taste (e.g. ground vanilla and cinnamon)
- Dry berry mix
- Mix the flour with salt and packing powder and place in a sterile (boiled) glass as the first layer. Press lightly (works well with the bottom of a spice jar).
- Fill in the oat flakes as the next layer and press down a little.
- Top with the sugar and coconut blossom sugar.
- Finally, mix the berry mix with the spices and sprinkle 2 teaspoons on top.
- The mix only needs 50 ml of oil and 80 ml of carbonated mineral water. Fill into muffin cups. Then in the oven for 15 minutes at 180 ° C.
