Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 bundle of noodles (soba noodles), approx. 60 g
  • 1 spring onion(s)
  • 1 m.-sized tomato(s)
  • 2 large button mushrooms or other mushrooms
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 shot of sauce (Yakisoba sauce, e.g. from Otafuku)
  • 1 tsp, heaped wakame
  • 1 chili pepper(s) (Habanero pepper)

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Buckwheat noodles with egg and vegetables

Slice the spring onion into small rings, and thinly slice the mushrooms, habanero, and tomato. Bring a cup of water to a boil in a pan. Once boiling, add the soba noodles and cook. When the water is almost completely evaporated, add the vegetables and crack an egg into the pan. Stir gently and cook over low heat until the egg is set. Season with yakisoba sauce to taste. Transfer to a bowl and serve sprinkled with wakame.
