Bretzel Biscuits
The perfect bretzel biscuits recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 155 g Flour
- 1 tsp Brown sugar
- 50 g Sour cream
- 100 g Butter flakes
- 1 tsp Vanilla sugar
- Granulated sugar
- Put all the ingredients in a bowl and knead by hand.
- Shape the dough into a ball and wrap it in cling film.
- Place in the fridge for about 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Place in the oven on the middle rack for 10-11 minutes. let cool down. Finished
- Now roll out the dough into a rectangle (about 30x18cm).
- Now cut into thin strips (about 0.5 cm wide).
- Place the hail sugar on the work surface (or on a plate).
- Shape the strips into a pretzel and press the ends lightly.
- Press the front side of the pretzel onto the granulated sugar.
- Then place on the baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- Place in the oven on the middle rack for 10-11 minutes.
- Let cool down. Finished
