  • 1 cup cream cheese (0.1% fat)
  • vegetable broth

  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 tomato(s) (vine tomato)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • Sauce thickener, white

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Wash and trim the broccoli, and cut into small florets. Bring a pot of water with the vegetable stock paste to a boil and bring to a brief boil. Season the minced meat with salt, pepper, marjoram, caraway seeds, diced onion, and crushed garlic clove. Mix everything together and thicken with the egg and breadcrumbs. Crumble the minced meat into a pan and fry in hot oil. Then add the chopped tomato to the minced meat while frying. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and stir in the firm-to-the-bite broccoli. Take a little of the vegetable stock and stir it in with the cream cheese. If desired, you can add a little white sauce thickener to thicken it slightly. Finally, sprinkle the grated Gouda cheese over the mixture and bake in the oven at 230°C for about 30 minutes until golden brown.
