Minced meat – broccoli – potato casserole

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 400 g potatoes
  • 250 g minced meat, mixed
  • 500 g broccoli (or cauliflower, kohlrabi)
  • 200 g sweet cream
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 g cheese, grated
  • salt and pepper
  • Garlic

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Boil, peel, and slice the potatoes. Season the ground beef and fry briefly. Divide the broccoli into florets and boil briefly in salted water. Layer the potatoes, ground beef, and broccoli in a greased casserole dish. Mix the cream with the sour cream, eggs, cheese, and seasonings. Pour the sauce over the casserole. Bake at 180°C for 30 minutes. Cover with aluminum foil at the beginning.
