Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g broccoli
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 tbsp, heaped low-fat curd cheese
- 150 g cheese, grated
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch(s) of pepper

Remove the stem from the broccoli, cut into small florets, and boil in boiling water for 10-15 minutes. Drain in a sieve and let cool. Then chop very finely and place in a bowl. Add the remaining ingredients (egg, low-fat curd cheese, grated cheese, salt, and pepper) to the bowl and mix well. Line a baking tray with baking paper and preheat the oven to 180°C (fan oven). Scoop about a heaped tablespoon of the mixture into your hand and shape it into discs with both hands, then place it on the baking tray. I made 12 discs. Bake in the hot oven for 15-20 minutes.
