Broccoli and pepper pan with minced meat and onions

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat
  • 3 onions, red or white
  • some oil for frying
  • 2 bell peppers, red or yellow
  • 500 g broccoli
  • 150 ml vegetable stock
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 pack of cream cheese with horseradish
  • ½ tsp oregano, dried
  • ½ tsp thyme, dried
  • ½ tsp rosemary, dried
  • ½ tsp basil, dried
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • n. B. Sambal Oelek

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

quickly prepared

Clean and dice the vegetables, cut the broccoli into florets. Heat a little oil in a wok, fry the minced meat with the finely diced onions. If you like it spicy, add sambal oelek. Add the bell pepper and broccoli and fry briefly. Deglaze with the vegetable stock, add the spices, sour cream, and cream cheese. Mix well and simmer, covered, for about 20 minutes. Serve with pasta or rice. Alternatively, fresh ciabatta bread also tastes delicious.
