Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g natural yogurt
- 3 tbsp honey
- 4 tbsp jam, sour, e.g. blackberry, currant
- 1 pinch ground cinnamon blossom(s) or 1/3 tsp cinnamon powder
- ½ jar sour cherries
- 2 handfuls of chocolate cookies or chocolate cornflakes, crumbled

In a bowl, mix the yogurt with cinnamon, honey, and jam well and season to taste. Drain the cherries in a sieve (retain the juice! Orange juice, vodka, and rum make a great cocktail for later). Set aside a few cherries for garnish. Crush the cookies or cornflakes, reserving the fine crumbs for decoration. Layer the cookies, yogurt, cherries, yogurt, and garnish in two large drinking glasses as follows: cookies, yogurt, cherries, yogurt, garnish.
