Broccoli and salmon cake

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g flour
  • 100 g margarine
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 250 g broccoli
  • 150 g smoked salmon
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 150 g cream cheese with herbs

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Mix the dough ingredients into a dough and line the bottom of a greased springform pan. Trim the broccoli, divide it into florets, and boil for 5 minutes (frozen broccoli can also be used). Cut the smoked salmon into small pieces. Spread the salmon and broccoli on the base. Whisk the sour cream, eggs, and cream cheese together thoroughly and pour over the broccoli and salmon mixture. Bake at 200°C for about 40 minutes.
