Spicy cheese rolls

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g cream cheese with herbs
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 2 onions
  • 50 g ham, raw
  • 80 g cheese, medium-aged Gouda
  • 2 eggs, hard boiled
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • salt and pepper
  • 6 slices of cheese, large, young Gouda (approx. 11 x 15)
  • Bread(s), black bread slices
  • curry

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Place the cream cheese in a bowl. Finely dice the onion, ham, eggs, and Gouda and add to the cream cheese. Finely chop the chives and add them as well. Season to taste. Spread the mixture over the Gouda slices, roll them up starting at the short end, and wrap them tightly in aluminum foil. Refrigerate for a few hours. Then unwrap them, cut them into approximately 1 cm thick slices, and place them on the brown bread slices.
