Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 400 g broccoli, frozen
  • 100 ml milk
  • 50 g cream cheese with herbs 0.2% fat absolute
  • 30 g processed cheese, light with 10% fat absolute
  • salt and pepper
  • ½ tsp vegetable broth (instant powder)
  • 40 g cheese, grated, light with 17% absolute
  • Paprika powder
  • nutmeg

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Briefly cook the broccoli in salted water until al dente, then drain. Then transfer to a casserole dish. Gently heat the milk, cream cheese, and processed cheese until the processed cheese has melted. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, nutmeg, and vegetable stock. Add the grated cheese and pour the sauce over the broccoli. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for 15 minutes.
