- 80 g cream cheese, natural
- 100 g cheese, grated
- 75 g ham cubes, low-fat
- salt and pepper

Low-carb nuggets
Place the broccoli in boiling water for 8 minutes. Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Trim the broccoli florets from the stems and place them in a bowl. Puree the florets with the egg, cream cheese, cheese, and diced ham. Season the mixture with salt and pepper. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Using two tablespoons, form the mixture into dumplings and arrange them on top. Bake the dumplings for approximately 20-25 minutes. Serve with fresh salad and a dip made from quark, mayonnaise, mustard, and chives.
