Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 1 kg broccoli
- 250 g quark, 20%
- 125 g cream
- 1 egg(s)
- nutmeg
- Salt
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Separate the broccoli florets from the stems and peel the stems. First, cook the stems in salted water, remove them, and then briefly blanch the florets in the same water. Puree the stalks, mix with the quark and cream, add the egg, and season with nutmeg, salt, and pepper. Place the florets in a greased baking dish, pour the quark mixture over them, and bake in the oven at approximately 200°C until the surface is lightly browned. Any uncovered florets should not become too dry. This recipe can also be made lower in calories by omitting the cream and replacing it with the equivalent amount of quark. It is also not necessary to grease the dish.
