Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 2 m.-sized onion(s)
- 20 g margarine
- 200 g millet
- 500 ml vegetable stock
- 500 g broccoli
- salt and pepper
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
- 150 g feta cheese or sheep’s cheese
- 2 tbsp chives
- 2 tomatoes

Peel and finely chop the garlic and onions, and sauté in fat. Rinse the millet in hot water and add it to the onions, then add the vegetable stock. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat, and simmer for 20-30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 180-200°C. Trim, wash, and chop the broccoli, then blanch it in boiling water for 3-5 minutes. Dice the feta cheese, chop the chives, and dice the tomatoes. Combine all ingredients and season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Transfer to a baking dish and bake briefly in the oven until the feta cheese melts or browns.
