Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 onion(s)
  • 20 g butter
  • ¾ liter of water
  • 1 cube of broth (clear soup with vegetables)
  • 250 g pasta
  • 600 g broccoli, frozen
  • 100 g cheese (Gouda), grated
  • 50 g hazelnuts, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel the onion, dice it into small pieces, and fry it in butter. Add the water and bring to a boil, dissolving the stock cube in it. Add the pasta and broccoli. Cook for about 15 minutes. Sprinkle the grated cheese over the top and let it melt. Serve sprinkled with chopped hazelnuts.
