Broccoli, pepper and apple salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g broccoli florets, without stalk
  • 1 red pepper(s), quartered
  • 1 apple, pitted, quartered
  • 30 g oil
  • 20 g vinegar
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp sunflower seeds

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Raw vegetable salad, very crunchy and fruity

Combine all ingredients in a blender (food processor) and blend for 5-10 seconds (finer or coarser to taste). Serve immediately! If you don’t have a blender, you’ll need to chop the vegetables and apple with a knife and then mix them with the other ingredients. This will, of course, take a bit longer.
