Broccoli salad lukewarm

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g broccoli, frozen
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 2 red chili peppers
  • 1 tsp black pepper, ground
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar, dark
  • 1 tsp fish sauce
  • 200 g sour cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Place the frozen broccoli in the steamer and cook for about 30 minutes, or until al dente. Meanwhile, finely slice the spring onions and chili, then add the sour cream, fish sauce, and vinegar. Season to taste with pepper. Carefully fold in the broccoli and serve the salad lukewarm.
