Green asparagus with strawberries

  • 500 g asparagus, green
  • 500 g strawberries
  • 1 bowl of arugula
  • 1 tbsp red pepper
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • lemon juice
  • Almond(s), sliced

Instructions

Snap off the green asparagus at the bottom above the thumb, wash (do not peel), and cut into bite-sized pieces. Heat in a pan over medium heat. Wash and remove the stems from the strawberries, halve, and lightly sugar them. Crush the red pepper in a mortar and mortar and add to the strawberries. Drizzle the balsamic vinegar over the berries and let it infuse. Wash the arugula (or any other salad greens you like), spin dry, and arrange on a platter. Candied asparagus with honey, then deglaze with balsamic vinegar and a generous squeeze of lemon juice. Arrange the strawberries on top of the salad, then drizzle the asparagus on top with the balsamic vinegar from the berries and the pan over the salad. The sliced ​​almonds complete the dish. Excellent with freshly baked bread.
